District Hospital Strengthening

Under NHM, support is being provided to States/UTs for strengthening District Hospitals in terms of multispecialty service provision and developing the hospital as training site. As per District Hospital Strengthening guidelines, eight core specialities are identified however States are encouraged to upgrade for more specialities as per IPHS.
